Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Lazy Money Luxury ("we", "us"), collects, uses and shares information on lazymoneyluxury.com and its pages, forms, checkout, emails and text messages.

1. Information we collect

  • You give us: name, email, phone number, billing address and anything you enter in forms, quizzes or messages.
  • Payments: handled by Square. We receive your name, email, the last 4 digits and type of your card, and the transaction status. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring links and UTM tags, approximate location, and email opens and clicks, through cookies, pixels and similar tools.
  • Course use: logins, lessons viewed and progress.

2. How we use it

To deliver products and access you buy; process payments and prevent fraud and chargebacks; send order, access and support messages; send marketing emails and texts you agreed to; measure and improve our pages and ads; and comply with law.

3. Who we share it with

  • GoHighLevel (our website, funnel, CRM, email, SMS and course platform; Funnel Freedom is a version of it).
  • Square (payment processing), under Square's privacy policy.
  • Email and SMS delivery providers used by our platform, and mobile carriers.
  • Advertising and analytics partners such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, TikTok and Pinterest, through pixels and tags on our pages.
  • The Product's licensor, only if needed to provide access or enforce the license; and authorities when required by law or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some ad pixels may count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law; see Section 6 to opt out.

4. Cookies, pixels and Do Not Track

We use cookies and pixels to keep checkout working, measure visits, and show ads on other sites. You can block or delete cookies in your browser and adjust ad settings with Meta, Google and others. Our site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals; we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out of sharing where required.

5. Email and SMS

Email: click "unsubscribe" in any marketing email to stop. We may still send order and access messages.
SMS: if you agree to texts, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts and HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase. We do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing.

6. Your California privacy rights

Under the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA) and, where it applies, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA (CCPA), California residents may ask to: know what personal information we collect, use and share; get a copy; correct it; delete it; and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted ads. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights. Email us using the details in the Contact section below with "Privacy Request" in the subject; we will verify your request with your email address and respond within the time the law allows. An authorized agent may make a request with your written permission.

7. Retention and security

We keep information as long as needed to provide access, meet legal, tax and chargeback-record needs, and for marketing until you opt out. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is 100% secure.

8. Children

Our products are for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13; contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new effective date here. Material changes apply going forward.
